Braised Beef with Eggplant Mash
Introduction

Instructions

- Finally, sprinkle the sugar over the top and add a small amount of water.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the pot and simmer over low heat until the beef is tender and the sauce has thickened, about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
